The Valley Jr. Warriors are proud to announce that goaltender Jake Davies has been selected as the North Division Star of the Week. The 2004-born netminder from Arlington, MA delivered two standout performances this week, helping his team secure back-to-back victories.

In his first start, Davies posted a stellar 29-save effort in a 4-1 win over the Bridgewater Bandits, allowing just one goal. He followed that up with another impressive outing, stopping 26 of 27 shots in a 2-1 win against the Boston Dukes. His strong play in goal has been a key factor in the Warriors’ success this season.

Through six appearances, Davies has been nothing short of exceptional. He boasts a 4-1 record, with a 1.93 goals-against average (GAA) and has logged 311 minutes between the pipes.
